Preambel
Society names our clients as disabled and/or mentally ill. For this reason there are only minimal possibilities to take part in a social life. For us therefore, this results in the following

Concept

Clients
For us  the clients we care for are humans who need special support:

  • In the realization of their needs and developing potentials
  • In the active and passive exercise of their human and civil rights

In addition we offer continuous life accompanying care and make suitable resources and competences available. The aim of our action is the support of self-determination, independence and quality of life for our clients within a suitable social context.

Communication
We pay attention to our communication cultivation by dealing respectfully and appreciatively with each other, with the aim to guarantee the best possible mediation of essential information and to obtain relevant knowledge.

Processes
We devise the structure and the building cycle of our organization thoroughly, well-considered and for everybody understandable. With us everybody knows what to do. The development potentials of the employees are encouraged and demanded. With our clients we work according to a perspective plan developed in cooperation with the client. However our actions bear risks. We learn from our mistakes and utilize them for the improvement of our processes and results. We embrace the ideas of other interested parties as far as they support the aims of our clients.

Development
We are ready to accept future challenges, to decide definitively on further development and to consequently convert  the decisions. We confront competition with our own profile. Development takes place with high sensitivity in regard to maintaining or improving the existing quality.

Resources
We handle our resources responsibly, for example money, time, knowledge or motivation. These resources are for the good of our clients. We are in constant search for further resources which however must not lead to loss of quality or to unacceptable dependence.
